The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are spacious with two bathrooms, but some design elements like drainage through the shower door into the bedroom may not appeal to everyone. The service is commendable, especially Juan at the pool/beach area, but peace-seekers should avoid areas near Angelo's. The location has potential once renovations finish, with direct beach access despite it being rocky for swimming. Dining at Cilantros needs variety, though the breakfast could be enjoyed at the new Cilantro's. Overall, a good resort with room for improvement.

I was amazed at how this hotel managed to offer all the amenities you could need, even though we booked a room that was not the top tier. From help with getting a cab to assistance with our luggage, everything was taken care of. The pictures truly showcased what to expect, including a well-equipped kitchen and a refrigerator. However, some may find the price a bit high for the value received.

The hotel is located right on the beach, offering beautiful views, but the rooms appear rundown. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, but the dining experience might lack variety. The facilities are well-maintained, though the location seems a bit tired and in need of a facelift.
